Welcome to TheraSuites Texas. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our website and the leasing of office space within TheraSuites Texas. By accessing this website, submitting a lease registration, or entering into a lease agreement, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use this website or submit a lease request.
 

1. Use of Website

This website is provided for informational purposes and for the registration of office lease requests. Use of this site does not guarantee availability or approval of any lease. TheraSuites Texas reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the website at any time without notice.
 

2. Lease Registration & Approval

Submitting a lease registration form constitutes a request, not a guarantee of availability.

All leases are:

• Subject to availability

• Approved at the sole discretion of TheraSuites Texas

• Assigned on a first-come, first-served basis

TheraSuites Texas reserves the right to decline any lease request for any lawful reason.
 

3. Lease Structure & Use

Leases at TheraSuites Texas are:

• 12-months or 6-months agreements

• Day-specific, granting use of the selected office on the same day of the week each week

• Non-exclusive outside the leased day

Tenants may only access and use the leased office on their designated day unless otherwise approved in writing.

Missed days do not carry over and are not refundable.
 

4. Payments & Billing

Lease payments may be billed monthly or annually, depending on the plan selected at registration.

All payments:

• Are non-refundable except as required by law

• Must be made on time to maintain lease eligibility

• May result in suspension or termination if payment fails or is overdue

TheraSuites Texas reserves the right to update pricing with advance notice for renewal periods.
 

5. Renewals & Termination

Leases renew annually unless written notice of non-renewal is provided in accordance with the lease agreement.

TheraSuites Texas reserves the right to terminate a lease for:

• Violation of lease terms

• Non-payment

• Conduct that disrupts the professional environment

• Misuse of the property

Termination does not relieve the tenant of outstanding financial obligations.

6. Conduct & Professional Use

TheraSuites Texas is a professional environment. Tenants and their clients must conduct themselves in a respectful, lawful, and professional manner at all times.

Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Illegal activity

• Disruptive or unsafe behavior

• Unauthorized use of space

• Damage to property

TheraSuites Texas reserves the right to remove access for violations.

7. Property & Liability

Tenants are responsible for their personal property and that of their clients.

TheraSuites Texas is not responsible for:

• Lost, stolen, or damaged personal items

• Injury occurring on the premises unless caused by gross negligence

Use of the premises is at the tenant’s own risk.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, logos, text, and materials are the property of TheraSuites Texas and may not be copied, distributed, or used without written permission.

9. Privacy & Data Use

Information submitted through this website is used solely for:

• Lease processing

• Communication

• Administrative purposes

We do not sell or share personal information except as required by law or for essential business operations.

10. Changes to Terms
