Short Term Rental Agreement

This agreement is entered into between:

TheraSuites TX (“Host) and Guest (“Renter”):_________________

1. Rental Period:

Renter agrees to use the space only for the purpose listed above.

Late departures will incur additional charges.

2. Payment Terms

● Full payment is required at booking.

● A security deposit of $ 100 is required (refundable if no damages or violations occur).

3. Cancellation Policy

● 48+ hours before booking: Full Refund

● 24-48 hours: Payment refund / not deposit

● Less than 24 hours: No refund

4. Use of Property

The space is to be used for professional, wellness, or educational purposes only.

Strictly Prohibited:

● Parties or loud events

● Alcohol or Illegal substances or activities

● Open flames (candles, incense, etc)

● Activities that may cause damage

5. Capacity & Supervision

● Maximum of 30 people allowed on the premises at any time.

● Renter is responsible for all guests and their behavior.

6. Policy for Entry / Setup / Cleanup / Exit Guest / Renter agrees to:

● Booking time includes setup and cleanup.

● Early Entry is not guaranteed.

● Entry instructions will be provided prior to booking.

● Leave the space in the same condition as received.

● Dispose of trash properly.

● Report any damages immediately.

● Guest / Renter must vacate promptly at the end of the session.

● Late exit will result in a fee of $ 25 per 15 minutes

Failure to do so may result in charges deducted from the deposit.

7. Damages & Liability

Renter / Guest is financially responsible for any damage to the space, furniture, or equipment

caused during the rental period.

TheraSuites TX is not liable for:

● Personal injury

● Lost or stolen items

8. Identification Requirement and Agreement Acknowledgment

By booking, the Guest / Renter agrees to provide a valid photo ID at the time of booking all terms

listed above. ID must match for booking and payment. Failure to provide valid identification may

result in cancellation of the reservation without refund.
